Department of Financial Accounting

The department was built upon the former Research Institute of Accounting established in 2008. The staff of the department includes 2 professors, 4 associate professors and 3 lecturers. Among these staff, 67% of them have advanced teaching certificates; 78% of them have doctoral degrees; one of them is a supervisor for doctoral student, and 6 of them are supervisors for master’s student. The department also retains 8 external adjunct faculty members.

Yang Shizhong, Head of Financial Accounting Department

Yang is a professor and doctoral program supervisor of Capital University of Economics and Business; He is also an honorary professor of Business School of CUPL. He had served as the dean of the School of Accounting, deputy secretary of the school party committee, vice president, Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection, and chairman of the labor union of Capital University of Economics and Business.
